54 million self-driving cars expected on world’s roads by 2035

In the US, California, Nevada and Florida have legislated for driverless cars, and according to new research, there will be 54m self-driving cars on our roads globally by 2035.

My Questions

1) How would one apply for a Driver's License ?

2) Will there be a SmartPhone App to over-ride control of the car ?

3) Will there be a Steering Wheel, & does the license driver sit behind the wheel or any where in the car?

4) Can You Text, while the car drives itself, as long as you do not sit behind the wheel ?

5) Will these self-driving cars (SDC) ever violate a Moving or Parking law, No Tickets ?

6) Will a SDC ever be in an Accident, causing Injury or Deaths ?

Fact: 110+ People on average die in accidents daily or about 40,000 people annually in the USA

7) Will Medical Cost & Insurance go down ?

8)  How will a Police Officer pull a SDC car over, if no one is behind the wheel ?

9) Will a SDC be able to drive itself to the Mechanic or Self Lube for maintenance while you are at Work ?

911 - I woke up and my SDC was gone...and your SDC went for a Joyride without you
