Good for Heart are Garlic, Jalapeños, Green & Black Olives, Chocolate, Coffee

Are Garlic, Jalapeños, Green & Black Olives, Chocolate, Coffee Good for the Heart ?? as I researched this morning 5 Oct

** Garlic -=-=-=-=-=-=

It is rich in blood-thinning compounds, which in turn prevent the formation of blockages in the arteries.

The polysulphides present in garlic also dilate blood vessels that assist in controlling blood pressure, cholesterol and formation of plaque in the arteries.

Some studies have shown that garlic and garlic supplements may have positive effects on heart health by preventing cell damage, regulating cholesterol and lowering blood pressure.

Other research shows that garlic supplements may also reduce plaque buildup in the arteries.

** Black Olives -=-=-=-=-=-=

Promotes Cardiovascular Health, contain high amounts of healthy monounsaturated fats.

Ripe olives provide nearly 8 grams of total monounsaturated fats.  Olives belong to a group of fruit called drupes, or stone fruits, and are related to mangoes, cherries, peaches, almonds, and pistachios.

Olives are very high in Vitamin E and other Powerful Antioxidants.  Studies show that they are good for the heart and may protect against osteoporosis and cancer.

Hydroxytyrosol is an antioxidant that has been shown to decrease LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL (good) cholesterol levels.

May Reduce Symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease

Black olives are also a fair source of fiber, meeting 8 percent of the daily value in 20 large olives. Fiber offers a number of health benefits.

It slows digestion which keeps blood sugar levels even and keeps you feeling full longer.  It also adds bulk to stool to improve bowel movements, which is good for those dealing with constipation.

** Is Chocolate Good for Your Heart ?? -=-=-=-=-=-=

Most dark chocolate is high in flavonoids, particularly a subtype called flavanols that is associated with a lower risk of heart disease.

Some studies suggest chocolate or cocoa consumption is associated with a lower risk of insulin resistance and high blood pressure in adults.

** Reasons Why Chocolate Is Good For You

* Protects your heart health. - Lowers Blood Pressure. Substances called flavanols in cocoa work like blood pressure-lowering drugs called ACE inhibitors. ...

Politician's Listen to Yourselves !

My 2 Cents

Keyword Rhetoric the language designed to have a persuasive or impressive effect on its audience, but often regarded as lacking in sincerity or meaningful content.

Ask Yourselves Why So Many Americans do not Like Politicians and why So Many Do Not Vote.

You May Sound Determined, for Change, stand for the American Way, Social Security, Veterans, Medical for All, Stopping Hate Crimes, Gangs, Illegal Guns, Mass Shootings, Drugs, Human Trafficking, Illegal Aliens, the Killing of Our Children...

...brings about another Keyword "Hypocrite" a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion.  A person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings.

I have been here 75 years and do not, have not seen changes for the better, nor has the War On Crime, Drugs' or Guns been Won.

School Shootings, killing of our Children, many lay claim are the Children of Our Future...what about children, friends and families surviving who have witnessed in their schools this inhumane act of violence...would grow up to vote for you.  The Families & Friends of these Children why should they vote for you.

Wars continue, as does Illegal Drugs, Guns, Violence, Hate, Crimes, plus The Debt of this Nation, raising cost of interest, difficulty for Americans to afford Health Care and Prescriptions....lives are lost of those who cannot afford.  Our Blue Collar Working are the Back Bone of American.

As Our Veterans Past, Present and Future have and continue to Fight & Protect America's Future, Freedom and the America Way many have given the Ultimate Sacrifice

Even Politicians cannot Unite, agree, bond...overcome, 400+ years of "Rhetoric" for a Common Goal the Survival of America and It's People.

The Words United States means Uniting and America for which it stands, should be as one.

I agree, if you do not like the Greatest Nation on Earth being America, a very young country, maybe moving to somewhere you do like, is recommended and you should.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT Presently and of Our Future !

Not just Here in America, wherever in the World We Live, plan to Travel Daily into the Future.

Californians Told Not To Charge Electric Cars As Heatwave Singes State...as California moves toward phasing out sale of gas-powered by 2035.

Question: How is Electricity Produced ?

Reversing Global Warming by Not Using Fossil Fuels**...The Main Fossil Fuels are Coal, Crude Oil and Natural Gas.

Question: If all Land/Road Transportation and Utility Vehicles were Electric...then there is a ***Brown Out or Black Out, or other Disruption of Electric Production as Nature's Events...what then ?

Pollutants of Major Public Health concern include particulate matter, carbon monoxide, ozone, nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide. Outdoor and indoor air pollution cause respiratory and other diseases and are important sources of Morbidity and Mortality.

**Fossil fuels are made from decomposing plants and animals. These fuels are found in the Earth's crust and contain carbon and hydrogen, which can be burned for energy. Coal, oil, and natural gas are examples of fossil fuels.

***What is the Difference Between Brownouts and Blackouts !!

BROWN-OUT is an intentional or unintentional drop in voltage in an electrical power supply system. Intentional brownouts are used for load reduction in an emergency. The reduction lasts for minutes or hours, as opposed to short-term voltage sag (or dip). The term brownout comes from the dimming experienced by lighting when the voltage sags. A voltage reduction may be an effect of disruption of an electrical grid, or may occasionally be imposed in an effort to reduce load and prevent a power outage known as a blackout.

Different types of electrical apparatus will react in different ways to a sag. Some devices will be severely affected, while others may not be affected at all.

BLACK-OUT a complete interruption of power in a given service area. Rolling blackouts are controlled and usually preplanned interruptions of service. A brownout is a partial, temporary reduction in system voltage or total system capacity.

Blackouts come without warning, last for indeterminate periods, and are typically caused by catastrophic equipment failure or severe weather.

The nature and cause of the blackout determines who is affected.

Rolling blackouts typically occur with at least some advance warning, normally last for a fixed length of time, and are deliberately produced by utility companies.

They can be used as a means of coping with peak power demands that cannot be met from existing supply.

Question: How Much of Your Day & Night is Using Electricity, Depend/Rely on Electricity, for your Appliances Kitchen, Laundry, TV/Radio, Computers/Laptops, SmartPhones, Charging devices of/for Batteries, Heating/Cooling, now Factor in Your Electric-Vehicle (EV) ??

How many in your Family Have and Drive EV ?? or can you afford them.

Electric or Battery Mowers, do we still use Power Mowers that use fuel and pollute, Snow-throwers, Blowers, Mulchers...

Wait !!! What About Generators ??? In Place Each Residence or Work Brown-Out, Black-Out and the Generator Runs on Fuel what type of Fuel is used.

What about Service Stations Around the World, what about their Fuel Tanks, do they stay in place or are the removed and somehow recycled ???

Do all Service Stations covert to Charging Stations while the transition from Fuel to Electricity Takes Place ???

How many Electrical Vehicle Charging Station Kiosks are Needed to Facilitate All Vehicle Charging Demands and that Family Vacation, leave the EV at home & go by Bus, Train, Plane, Boat/Ship or ???

EV Charging Stations

All Signs of 21st Century Progress being Made since the Electricity was discovered, the First fueled engine, Indoor Electricity, Telegraph/Communication, Phone, 2-Way Radios/Walkie Talkies, the First Air Flight 17 Dec 1903...

If you are not concerned and wish to dispute or believe the Electric Vehicle Myths

The Race for Space (or Space Race 2 Aug 1955 – 17 Jul 1975) Continues for the Future of Earth or the Chosen Few to Inhabit Another Planet

Who won the Race to Space and why?

With no official measure of success, the winner of the Space Race is a point of controversy. Most historians agree that the space race ended on 20 July 1969 when Neil Armstrong stepped onto the Moon for the first time.

As the climax of space history and exploration, the lunar landing led to a triumph for the US.

Right to Bear ?

the Right to Keep and Bear Arms a right for People to Possess Weapons for the Preservation of Life, Liberty, and Property.

How is this Preservation of Life, or Protecting when a Person is  What ?!  Fearing for Their Life to Shoot and Kill 19 Children age 7-10, and 2 Teachers ?

Right to Bear, does not mean a Right to Kill.  How can the Makers of these Weapons sleep without knowing they too are connected, maybe not responsible for a Persons Actions, same of those makers of Alcholol, Drugs responsible for lives lost to Driving while Intoxicated Under the Influence, and other related Injuries and Death as a Result.

No Amount of Gun Laws can Alter People's Intent on Killing.  TV Shows/Movies/Video Games all contribute to the Mental State of Individuals in Some way, there is nothing Positive About Killing.

Wars and Conflicts will never end.  Drugs or Legal or Illegal will not stop, nor will Gun or Human Trafficing stop.  Do not Bother Saying "What is This World Coming To"  We See it, Hear about it, Live it Everyday in someway.

The First Resposibiltiy lies in each and every home with its occupants, with education, knowing right from wrong, love not hate, having tolerance, compassion, empathy.

Is the World Under Attack?

or is the World Wide Web Under Attack in a way to becoming WWIII ?

Which may become far greater than on land, in the air and on water, as previous World Wars...and other World Conflicts. (This Author has given much thought to the Future, as I share this blog topic).

Security and Defense Should Always be Paramount...as Our Internet World and World Wide Web that are used constantly being Breached affecting all those who are Connected...

Meaning your Use of the Internet and Web may fall into one of the main uses...

  • Electronic mail
  • Social Media
  • Research
  • Downloading files
  • Discussion groups
  • Interactive games
  • Education and self-improvement
  • Friendship and dating
  • Electronic newspapers and magazines
  • Video Streaming
  • Job-hunting
  • Shopping
  • Domains that make up the Internet and Web [1]
  • How America Does Business Daily Usages for Purpose of Power of from whatever Energy Source, Communication Systems, Our Financial & Banking Institutions, All Medical, Emergency, Law Enforcement Agencies, Shippers/ Shipping, Commercial & Private Aviation, Our Military Forces World Wide, the list is long...

21st Century the World has Become More and More Dependent on Electricity, Wireless Communication a method of transmitting information from one point to other, without using any connection like wires, cables or any physical medium.  Generally, in a communication system, information that is transmitted.

    Hackers vs Attackers

“Hacker” is another name for an ethical researcher.

An “Attacker,” on the other hand, is just that.  It's someone who gains unauthorized access to someone else's network and computers for malicious purposes.

Hackers/Attackers are always looking for the Weakest Link, to Obstruct, Interrupt, Block, Clog, creating Denial of Service (DOS) attacks against a domain controller resulting in unavailability of what People (World Wide) have become accustom in using within their daily life, of needs and wants.

Over 2 years the World Population has taken on the COVID-19 Pandemic and variations to fight the effect it has on Human Life.

Very much in the same way is Cybersecurity Attacks...

    • Malware. The term “malware” encompasses various types of attacks including spyware, viruses, and worms.
    • Phishing Scams
    • Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) Attacks.
    • Denial-of-Service (DOS) Attack.
    • SQL Injections.
    • Zero-day Exploit.
    • Password Attack.
    • Cross-site Scripting.

WLAN (wireless local area network) a wireless LAN uses radio technology to connect network nodes.  Wi-Fi, on the other hand, is simply a wireless specification and a type of wireless LAN.

Hopefully for those who may not know about the above information I have just shared, are somewhat more enlightened with knowledge.  Yes, it can be confusing and overwhelming with less concern as how it all works or why.

We are of a World To Do Now Society, speed up the process and make daily life more easier...only i n the real world has 810+ million people still go hungry, ever changing of Climate, which has an adverse effect on Earth and Our Future...

World Economy can adversely be affected at a Time of recovery, of stopping the Global Economic Effects of COVID-19

Richest countries in the world (GPD) Gross domestic product

    1. United States. Nominal GDP: $22.66 trillion
    2. China. Nominal GDP: $16.64 trillion
    3. Japan. Nominal GDP: $5.38 trillion
    4. Germany. Nominal GDP: $4.32 trillion
    5. United Kingdom. Nominal GDP: $3.12 trillion
    6. India. Nominal GDP: $3.05 trillion
    7. France. Nominal GDP: $2.94 trillion
    8. Italy. GDP: $2.11 trillion
    9. Canada GDP: $1.88 trillion
    10. South Korea GDP: $1.81 trillion

Russia is not Listed...as Russian insurgents invade a sovereign country as the Ukraine on 24 February 2022.

This Invasion also has an Adverse Affect on the World and its Economy.  Cost/Prices of Everyday Life has gone up because of COVID-19 (however it came to be) and of...

    Strongest Militaries in the World

The United States. A Credit Suisse index shows that the United States spends more money on defense than the following nine countries combined, despite the sequester and other expenditure cuts.
    1. Russia
    2. China
    3. India
    4. Japan
    5. South Korea
    6. France
    7. Italy
    8. The United Kingdom
    9. Turkey
For Years we may have heard of WWIII, possibly in today's world this might not seem a Reality to most Americans...only Not Everyone is Working Towards World Peace.  History Does and Has Repeated Itself.

Great Ideas and Inventions of which some are a Product of War, only the downside is the Cost of Lives, and Years in Cost of Economic Recovery as well.

America is a Blend of Diverse Heritage, having one of the most complex cultural identities in the world...and how did America come to be in History.

You may ask, is America or The United States (a Unified Nation) are they the World's Police?

    Should America Police the World?

In 1939, shortly before the German invasion of Poland, a British emissary, Lord Lothian, visited the White House with an unusual request.

The United Kingdom was unable to protect the world from the Nazis, Lothian told President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. “Anglo-Saxon civilization” would thus need a new guardian.

The scepter was falling from British hands, Lothian explained, and the United States must “snatch it up.” Though informally made, it was an extraordinary entreaty.

London was willing to step aside and let Washington lead the world.

However, you may feel if America should or should not be the World's Police, without Policing, what other Dictators should surface...the current list of world dictators and authoritarian regimes today, there are 50 dictatorships in the world.

If America does not Respond as a Member of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization, also called the North Atlantic Alliance, is an intergovernmental military alliance between 28 European countries and 2 North American countries.

Established in the aftermath of World War II, the organization implements the North Atlantic Treaty which was signed on 4 April 1949...

Who Will Step Up and join NATO, to become part of Our World Policing for the "Greater Good"

As of 2021, NATO officially recognizes three aspiring members: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, and Ukraine.  Future expansion is a topic of debate in several countries outside the alliance, like Sweden, Finland, and Serbia.

What is to keep Russia from Launching greater "Cybersecurity Attacks" on the World, in the News we are reminded of interaction of Russia in America's Presidential Election of 2020, and that of China has been leading a worldwide hacking and economic espionage campaign, using cyberattacks to steal intellectual property in disregard of bilateral and multilateral agreements.

What is to become of North Korea?

North Korea, officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)  Supreme Leader since 2011 Kim Jong Un has made his “strategic decision” clear—to become and remain a nuclear-armed power—despite the costs.

Another "North Korea " threat is cultivating elite hackers much like other countries train Olympic athletes, according to defectors and South Korean cyber and intelligence experts.

Another thought to ponder "China and Russia currently enjoy the best relations they have had since the late 1950s.  Although they have no formal alliance, the two countries do have an informal agreement to coordinate diplomatic and economic moves, and build up an alliance against the United States."

Should Ukraine Join NATO, My Answer is "YES"

My Thoughts are in disrupting all Dictators of their World Plans for their Future to Not Rule, nor Govern and develop more Fanatics, those inclined to become Insurgents and Terrorist.

What may motivate a Dictator/Terrorist may be driven by fear, love, hate, idealism, trauma, a search for identity, a craving for adventure and glamour, or by greed for money, land, and power.

    Need to be Stopped...

To All Firefighters World Wide...Military conflict is devastating to civilian populations, of their physical infrastructure such as buildings, water and sanitation, power grid and transportation.  It is devastating to the social infrastructure such as healthcare, food supply and commerce.

A Special Salute to Ukrainian Fire Fighters and the Ukraine.

    The Indelible America

America's Democracy - The Indelible America That Has Provided So Much for Its Citizens, Native Indians, those of Foreign Origin, Migrating/Immigrating, even those Illegally since 1607 during the Birth of a New Nation.

Don't Tread On Me - Don't Shame America is my Motto

America Birth of a New Nation, in the New World its History in brief...

Leif Eriksson Day is an annual observance that occurs on October 9, commemorates the Norse explorer believed to have led the first European expedition to North America.

Nearly 500 years before the birth of Christopher Columbus, a band of European sailors left their homeland behind in search of a new world.

After Christopher Columbus’ historic voyage in 1492, Spain dominated the race to establish colonies in the Americas, while English efforts, such as the “lost colony” of Roanoke, met with failure.

In 1606, King James I granted a charter to a new venture, the Virginia Company, to form a settlement in North America.

1607 The Building of America "Jamestown" the first permanent English settlement in North America on the banks of the James River.

Nov 1620 the arrival of the Mayflower from Plymouth, England

George Washington, born February 22, 1732, Popes Creek, Westmoreland County, Virginia (then the English Colony of Virginia).

19 Apr 1775, the American Revolution was an ideological and political revolution that occurred in British America between 1765 and 1791.

Colonists in British America, Slaves, Native Americans, supported by France, Spain & the Netherlands.

The Thirteen Colonies, also known as the Thirteen British Colonies or the Thirteen American Colonies, were a group of British colonies on the Atlantic coast of North America, dissolved July 4, 1776.

Virginia, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  By 1750 nearly 2 million Europeans lived in the American colonies.

In 1776, in Philadelphia, the Second Continental Congress declared the independence of the colonies as the "United States".  Led by General George Washington, it won the Revolutionary War.

On June 14, 1777, to establish an official flag for the new nation, the Continental Congress passed the first Flag Act: "Resolved, that the flag of the United States be made of thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new Constellation."

In the United States, Flag Day is celebrated on June 14 annually.

The peace treaty of 1783 established the borders of Our New Nation.

The Convention approved the Constitution on September 17, 1787, and it was ratified on July 2, 1788 after nine states had approved it.

They had to struggle with the need to increase taxes to pay for the American Revolution as well as deal with the French Revolution which divided American support between France and Britain.

On July 31, 1789, the Fifth Act of the First Congress created a field organization of collectors "to regulate the Collection of the Duties imposed by law on the tonnage of ships or vessels, and on goods, wares and merchandises imported into the United States."

On July 16, 1790, Congress declared the city of Washington in the District of Columbia, the permanent capital of the United States.

Article One, Section Eight, of the Constitution permits the establishment of a "District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States".

The New Nation (1790-1828) during this time, Americans established their government and two parties emerged--the Federalists and the Republicans.

Under President Jefferson Term March 4, 1801 – March 4, 1809, the country expanded westward with the purchase of the Louisiana territory and the Lewis and Clark expedition.

Americans had a lot to deal with during this period.  The War of 1812 against Britain, sometimes called the Second War of American Independence, lasted three years (Jun 18, 1812 – Feb 18, 1815).

America's Capital & Washington Burning...after defeating American troops at Bladensburg, Maryland, British troops arrived in Washington on August 24, 1814.  They soon set fire to major federal buildings throughout the city, including the President’s House, the Capitol, and the Treasury Building. The City was in Ruins.

After the War of 1812, a mood of nationalism existed as people focused on events and issues at home.  However, troubles were brewing, particularly on the topic of slavery.

Texas Annexed, after declaring its independence from Mexico in 1836, Texas became an independent nation until 1845, when it was voluntarily annexed by the United States.

The American Civil War (April 12, 1861 – May 9, 1865) was a civil war in the United States fought between the Union (states that remained loyal to the federal union, or "the North") and the Confederacy (states that voted to secede, or "the South").

The central cause of the Civil War was the status of slavery, especially the expansion of slavery into territories acquired as a result of the Louisiana Purchase and the Mexican–American War (Apr 25, 1846 – Feb 2, 1848).

Reconstruction and Industrialization (1865-1889) Financial Panic due to reconstruction after the Civil War, property values plummeted.  High taxes, growing state debts, political corruption, and a lack of man power due to war casualties all contributed to a depression and financial panic which lasted nearly a decade.

    The Progressive Era (1890-1913)

World War I and the Roaring Twenties (1914-1929)

    The Great Depression (1929-1940)

    World War II (1941-1945)

The Modern Era (1945-I was Born 11Sep1947-1979)

The Gadsden flag is named after politician Christopher Gadsden (1724–1805), who designed it in 1775 during the American Revolution.  It was used by the Continental Marines as an early motto flag, along with the Moultrie flag.

The Gadsden flag has been used a symbol of rebellion against governmental tyranny and today stands as a powerful symbol against government oppression including taxation, and wasteful spending.
