Hackers vs Attackers
“Hacker” is another name for an ethical researcher.
An “Attacker,” on the other hand, is just that. It's someone who gains unauthorized access to someone else's network and computers for malicious purposes.
Hackers/Attackers are always looking for the Weakest Link, to Obstruct, Interrupt, Block, Clog, creating Denial of Service (DOS) attacks against a domain controller resulting in unavailability of what People (World Wide) have become accustom in using within their daily life, of needs and wants.

My Thoughts are in disrupting all Dictators of their World Plans for their Future to Not Rule, nor Govern and develop more Fanatics, those inclined to become Insurgents and Terrorist.
What may motivate a Dictator/Terrorist may be driven by fear, love, hate, idealism, trauma, a search for identity, a craving for adventure and glamour, or by greed for money, land, and power.
