Thoughts/questions to ponder

Is it possible with the SSDC (Smart Self-Driving Cars), that there will be less accidents, injury & death from drivers who may have driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol, texting, distracted, drowsy, or with a medical condition...

...and that if at age 80, under normal medical restrictions not allowed to be licensed or drive a vehicle, you will be able to as your License stating to "Only Drive Smart Cars"...

....or if you are 13, can drive without a learners permit, or if you are legally blind, quadriplegic, etc...

....or would you ever be pulled over for a driving infraction ??  and if you were some how to be involved in an accident, what then...what about inclement weather, sink hole, bridge washed out, at the instant you are in the immediate area, and this event just happened ??
