NO TO EUTHANIZING the Mother Bear or any Bear
The Bear did nothing wrong, does not know they did something that would result in being euthanized.
Sorry for the loss of human life and for whatever the circumstances behind his dying....
....however Yellowstone for over 65 years that I know of, Bears are always involved with Humans.
People Feeding them from Cars, getting out of their cars among Bears, not to mention only 9 people in the parks history have been killed by Bears.
So why not Euthanize Drunk Drivers who kill more Humans of all ages.
I have hiked the John Muir, camped in the forest and deserts all my life and if they euthanize this Bear...means I will no longer visit Yellowstone...
Here in Utah recently a Bear was trapped and released to a remote location after frequenting a Utah campsite.
How remote, and could this Bear find other Human habitat areas...so why not euthanize that Bear too...after all those who feed & camp in the wilderness tend to attract wild life.
I am soooo mad, thanks for allowing me to vent. Save Our Wild Life.
Euthanizing is as bad as the man who killed Cecil the Lion in Africa
