We have been experiencing surges in volume as of late however, with the volume decreasing we are working dilligently to update customers on their orders and their estimated ship times. These times are subject to change and have been doing so more frequently.

Jerry: well since your order has already reached production, I do not have the authority to cancel your order After an order goes into production, all orders are final. Thats where the claim comes in. I would file a claim for you and a claims rep will be in contact to discuss a resolution. As they have the highest authority in this issue.

It appears by your stating "we are currently experiencing a high volume in calls and emails at the moment." there is a problem with in your Company or why else would you be experiencing a high volume not only of calls, but e-mails too. And a Moment is how long, a day, Week, Month or just whenever 14 days since I placed the order, not like TeeChip is building a boat, it is only a TeeShirt.
Automated "experiencing a high volume in calls and emails" which is a common recorded message by companies that cannot handle the demand.
As for Cancelling my Order I have stated this twice in my correspondence using Chat at TeeChip.com, with TeeChip Customer Service Jerry
"I am very disappointed...at this point cancel my order keep your product" on 21 Sep
and the other correspondence that you included in your reply below states "So please cancel and refund the amount...I shall no longer wish to do any business with TeeChip....
