"Money is the Root of All Evil" or Is It?

I had a rough night sleeping...kept waking up thinking of Problems in our household...how to fix things...of course it boils down to Money.

I know the saying "Money is the Root of All Evil" I think it might be in the Bible...but then the problem is not within our household...it is spread Nation Wide and we do our part to cut corners in the Young Household, however We Young's tend to Look at the Bigger Picture and we found that...

Insurance Companies Health, Medical, Pharmaceutical Companies, if you want more Customers Help to Lower Costs!!!  so More Americans can afford, why wait on any Presidents Health Plan.

Look how many Years Americans have been waiting on A Balanced Economy, No National Deficit, for Health Care, Raises in Our Social Security Retirement System from Working Hard their Whole Life...to Own a Home, Automobile, and all the amenities that come from Ownership.

Then what about Jobs Mr/Mrs USA President...so more Americans can go to work, quit sending work overseas.   I have not heard Mexico Complaining about losing its Citizens to Jobs in America.  The Federal Government might start up another Department called the "Dream Department" as the "American Dream" is not what it was in the 50's

We need more Protection & Security along All of our Borders, if hundreds and thousands can cross illegally daily...Common Sense seems to Be...we have another Weak Spot in our Nation's Security and it might be cause for more Terrorist to sneak in.

Another Security Weak Spot is Our Internet (may I remind you not started by a Mom & Pop business) rather our "Own Government" and We Are Being Attacked by many Hackers from around the World.  

Personal Information, being taken of Our Citizens via Local, State & Federal Government, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, the list is long.

We have Leaks in Our National Security from the National Security Agency, FBI, CIA...the name Snowden comes to mind, I guess he Snowed the Government.

Then more recently a person by the name of Hilliary used personal email accounts on a non-government, privately maintained email server server in place of official government email addresses, maintained on Federal government servers secured by the government—when conducting official business during her tenure as US Secretary of State.

FYI: Our federal government has three parts. The Executive, (President and about 5,000,000 workers) Legislative (Senate and House of Representatives) and Judicial (Supreme Court and lower Courts) 

But is Our Government Really Secure?  

Whose to say others on Capitol Hill, White House, House, Senate, a zillion Government Departments, etc...that someone else is not doing the same ?

Space Junk Must Come Down

There is a Saying "What Goes Up - Must Come Down" does this apply to Space?

Common Sense, Right?...so why is it years after the first launch into space and the many launches since, by many countries, No Agency is collecting & disposing of Space Junk from Earth?

The first rocket which actually launched something into space was used to launch Sputnik, the first satellite October 4, 1957...however, first rocket which could fly high enough to get into space was the V2 missile which was first launched by Germany in 1942.

Some may remember Andy Griffith as Harry in the 1979 TV Show "Salvage 1" Harry also had a home-made spaceship which he sometimes used to reclaim junk satellites.

from James Yoder...There are an estimated 21,000 pieces of debris larger than 4 inches (10cm) currently in orbit around our planet, from dead satellites and bits of used rockets to a missing spatula, a lost glove and a stray toothbrush.

Stuff in Space created by James Yoder, an electrical and computer engineering student at the University of Texas at Austin, allows users to see exactly what objects are floating around out there, giving their location, orbit and speed.

With the tool, it is also possible to search of specific objects using their international designator code used to identify spacecraft and debris.

Is the End Near or Sooner ?

Rude Cell Phone Users

Recently in the News....the ringing cellphones of rude patrons/persons could make a Broadway star potentially exit the stage for good.

"a two-time Tony Award-winner Patti LuPone snatched a cell phone out of the hand of a woman LuPone said was nonstop texting in the front row during a performance of "Shows for Days" at Lincoln Center in Manhattan. LuPone was already on edge after a matinee performance earlier in the day in which four cellphones rang, creating what she called "a cacophony of noise."

There are a few to many People with Cell Phones, who may not be as Smart, hence the SmartPhone...that are Rude wherever you go, Phone ringing with all types of ringtones...then comes the loud talking (one sided, unless on speaker)...

....no matter if you are trying to enjoy your meal with Family in a Restaurant,

...I personally do not want to be involved listening to Your Conversation, nor should I have to leave.

This behavior is in your Face...and if I get in your face and stare...do you feel annoyed, wish I would leave, get out of your face.
 
Or standing in line, at any type Store, Mall, Theater etc...and this Rude Person with a Phone gets upset if you say something as "I Do Not Want to Hear Your Conversation" which their conversation is not an Absolute Emergency, otherwise they would be heading for their Vehicle to Leave. 

...or driving down the road...the Driver is distracted not paying attention (of course there are those in denial) as to their slowing down, lane weaving side to side,

or coming into your lane, or stopping 2 car lengths back from the vehicle in front of them at a stop/traffic light, or fiddling with their phone trying to one handed text.

Even those Walking Talking and or Texting at the same have ran into others, been hit crossing streets, all because it is so important right then to walk and talk, text not paying attention to your surroundings.



 
nor do I want to be involved in an accident because of a Distracted, Talking on the Phone, Texting when injury or death, vehicle damaged or without a vehicle, not able to be with my Family & Friends, whether on my way to Work or School, having to deal with their Insurance Company or Mine, if they are insured, medical bills, getting my vehicle fixed...

....all because Someone Does Not Care about Others or themselves...as they too will have the same experience from causing an Accident, Injury, possibly Death of one or More Man, Woman, Child, Parent(s).



The News is full of WAKE UP CALLS, constant reminders, Slow Down, Do Not Text & Drive, Drink & Drive, and sure by now someone is saying because we are Human, which is no answer or solution to the problem created, or why do you think we have insurance....just one more excuse and that it only happens to other people, when they get the call, their spouse, child or parents are no longer or their lives have been drastically changed...

....yes it can happen to anyone you know or yourself...because of a distracted driver, drunk, under the influence, or any other reason and the tombstone reads "Our Beloved Killed by Someone Texting, Distracted or Drunk Driver"
